Buying a ticket

1. Find your event.
2. Pick a ticket.
3. Pay by card.
4. The money is held by us.
5. Sort out handover with the seller in the messages thread.
6. All well? Confirm receipt, and the seller gets paid.
7. Any problems? You have until 12 hours after the event to raise a dispute.

Selling a ticket

1. Pick the event you want to sell a ticket for.
2. Set your price and how many you have.
3. Set up Stripe so you can be paid. Two minutes, and only once.
4. Someone buys.
5. The money is held by us.
6. Sort out handover with the buyer in the messages thread.
7. They confirm receipt, and you get your money.

Safety

• Anyone can browse. Only students with a confirmed @st-andrews.ac.uk email can buy and sell.
• Money is held securely by us until the buyer confirms receipt.
• A dispute stays open until 12 hours after the event.
• Payments and payouts are handled by Stripe. We never see your card details.
